30-day free U.S. returns on ready-to-hang gallery art

We want you to feel confident choosing art for your home. If your standard ready-to-hang Art Gallery piece is not right for your space, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return for a full refund of the amount paid for the returned item. This includes gallery artwork purchased on sale or with a promotional code.

For orders delivered within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. There are no return shipping charges or restocking fees. Artwork must be returned in its original condition, without customer-caused damage. Please keep the original packaging where possible and pack the artwork securely for its return.

Custom photos and personalized multipanel prints

Custom photo canvases, personalized multipanel prints and other artwork made from your own image or design are made especially for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. They are covered by our quality guarantee: if your order arrives damaged, has a printing or production defect, or is the wrong item, we will replace the affected item at no cost to you, including replacement shipping. If we require the affected item back, we will arrange and pay for its return.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue and packaging so we can help.

How to start a return or request help

Email jay@sunshinecanvas.com with your order number, or call 305-807-1230. We will confirm your return instructions and provide a prepaid label for eligible U.S. gallery returns. Please contact us before sending artwork back so it reaches the correct studio address.

Free return shipping applies to orders delivered within the United States. For orders delivered outside the United States, contact us to confirm return arrangements and any shipping costs before returning an item.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-returnable. Personalized items are covered by the quality guarantee above but are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Sale and promotional purchases of standard ready-to-hang gallery art remain eligible for the 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact jay@sunshinecanvas.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
