Neo Deco – 24-09-25 by Corné Akkers depicts a stylized reclining figure in shades of gray. Rounded forms and angular planes shape the body, while large circular elements and soft shadows create a sculptural setting around the pose.
The horizontal composition lets the figure extend across the frame, with the face turned toward the viewer. Smooth tonal transitions contrast with defined outlines, combining the intimacy of a figure study with a geometric, decorative treatment.
