Roundism - 10-05-17 by Corné Akkers breaks a seated figure into curved geometric planes. Orange and warm neutral sections meet purple, teal and green areas, with diagonal drawing-like marks running across the layered colors.
The head and bent pose remain visible within the abstraction. Repeated curves link the figure to the background, creating an energetic composition in which body and surrounding space share the same visual structure.
